Pizza in a pan

Hi ,
Everyone especially kids like pizza a lot.Today I'm going to post how can we make pizza at home without oven or microwave.My daughter loves pizza but she likes more when it is done by me.It can be made in tawa i.e., pan at home and no worries about the ingredients in that.It taste just like any dominos or a pizzahut Pizza.Say cheeezzzzzzz.

Cream Of Spinach soup

Spinach with stalks-1bunch
Maida or wheat flour-1tbsp
Milk-1cup,
pepper powder & salt-to taste.
Butter-1tsp
Procedure:
Blanch spinach i.e., cook for 5min till palak is soft.Grind and keep it aside.Add butter in a vessel and heat.Add maida and fry for 1min,add milk and make it into a soft paste .This is called white cream.Now add palak paste and remaining water used to cook palak.Cook for 3min.Add salt n pepper and serve hot.Ideal for infants,toddlers.

Baby Corn bajji

Baby corn-250gms,
Cornflour-1cup,
Riceflour-1/2 cup,
Garam masala pwd-1tsp,
Chilli pwd-1tsp,
Salt-to taste.

Procedure:
Cut babycorn into 2 or 3.Mix all the ingredients except baby corn into a thick batter.Heat oil in a pan ,dip babycorn in batter & put in oil and fry till golden brown.Serve while hot with sauce or green chutney.

Bagaara Baingan

Brinjal-250gms,
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp,
Til paste-1tsp,
Roasted peanut paste-2tbsp,
Tamarind juice-1tsp,
Onion paste-2nos,
Garam masala-1tsp,
Dhaniya pwd-1tsp,
Wet coconut-1tsp,
Turmeric pwd-pinch,
Chilli pwd-2tsp,
Salt-to taste,
Oil-as required

Procedure:
Cut the brinjals into 4 slits with stalk intact and fry them in oil for 5min & keep aside.Take oil in a pan & add ginger garlic paste n fry.add onion paste & fry ill golden brown.Add garam masala pwd,chilli pwd,dhaniya,turmeric,coco,salt & fry for 2min.Then add peanut & till paste,tamarind juice,and fry till oil starts coming out.Then add fried brinjals cook till oil leaves sides.Garnish with coriander leaves.Tastes better wih roti,biryaani,rice etc.

Paneer Butter Masala

For Marinate:
Paneer-200gms,
Yogurt-1cup,
garam masala-1tsp,
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp,
dhaniya powder-1tsp,
Turmeric powder-pinch,
Chilli powder-1tsp
Salt -for marinate
Oil-1tsp

For Gravy:
Onion paste-2nos
tomato paste-1no.
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp,
Garma masala pwder-1tsp,
Dhaniya powder-1tsp,
Kashmiri chilli powder-1tsp,
Cashew,khuskhus paste-2tbsp,
Turmeric-pinch,
Salt-to taste

Marination:
Fry paneer cubes for 2min and keep aside.In a bowl add all the ingridients above and marinate for an hour.
For Gravy:
Add 2 to 3 tbsp of oil ina pan.Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2min.Add onion paste and fry untill golden brown.Add tomato puree and fry a little.Now add turmeric,Chilli powder,dhaniya pwd,garam masala and fry for 2min.Add cashew ,khus khus paster and fry for another 3min.Now add the marinated paneer and cook until oil comes out.Garnish with coriander leaves.
Note:Use kashmiri mirch pwder for colour.Don't add tandoori color b'coz it may spoil ur health.
