For Marinate:
Paneer-200gms,
Yogurt-1cup,
garam masala-1tsp,
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp,
dhaniya powder-1tsp,
Turmeric powder-pinch,
Chilli powder-1tsp
Salt -for marinate
Oil-1tsp
For Gravy:
Onion paste-2nos
tomato paste-1no.
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp,
Garma masala pwder-1tsp,
Dhaniya powder-1tsp,
Kashmiri chilli powder-1tsp,
Cashew,khuskhus paste-2tbsp,
Turmeric-pinch,
Salt-to taste
Marination:
Fry paneer cubes for 2min and keep aside.In a bowl add all the ingridients above and marinate for an hour.
For Gravy:
Add 2 to 3 tbsp of oil ina pan.Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2min.Add onion paste and fry untill golden brown.Add tomato puree and fry a little.Now add turmeric,Chilli powder,dhaniya pwd,garam masala and fry for 2min.Add cashew ,khus khus paster and fry for another 3min.Now add the marinated paneer and cook until oil comes out.Garnish with coriander leaves.
Note:Use kashmiri mirch pwder for colour.Don't add tandoori color b'coz it may spoil ur health.
