Spinach with stalks-1bunch
Maida or wheat flour-1tbsp
Milk-1cup,
pepper powder & salt-to taste.
Butter-1tsp
Procedure:
Blanch spinach i.e., cook for 5min till palak is soft.Grind and keep it aside.Add butter in a vessel and heat.Add maida and fry for 1min,add milk and make it into a soft paste .This is called white cream.Now add palak paste and remaining water used to cook palak.Cook for 3min.Add salt n pepper and serve hot.Ideal for infants,toddlers.
